More information about this security update In addition to the product version that is specified in the "Applies to" section, this security update is meant to be used with Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 Service Pack 1 64-bit Hosted Visual C++ Tools.
You cannot apply this security update to any other editions of Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 Service Pack 1.
Prerequisites to install this security update To install this security update, you must have Windows Installer 3.1 or a later version installed on the computer. To obtain the latest version of Windows Installer for the computer, visit the following Microsoft Web site:
