SYMPTOMS

Consider the following scenario:
  • You have a computer that is running Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 Service Pack 2 (SP2)
  • You send a meeting request that includes a Domino Room resource
In this scenario, the meeting request has no attendee entry for the Domino Room resource when the recipients check it.

CAUSE

The Domino Room resource attendees are processed as Bcc recipients. Additionally, the resource attendees are missed by Exchange Server 2007. Therefore, the meeting requests that are sent to the Domino Room resource are not Auto-Processed.
