Problem 1When you use Bluetooth to download the phone book and the call history to the device, the port remains in sniff mode. Therefore, it takes a long time to finish the download.Problem 2You cannot use the Phone Book Access Profile (PBAP) to download the phone book and the call history. This problem occurs when you use the Samsung Instinct SPH-M800 device.RESOLUTIONSoftware update informationA supported software update is now available from Microsoft as Windows CE 5.0 Platform Builder Monthly Update (September 2009). You can confirm this by scrolling to the "File information" section of this article. The package file name contains the product version, date, Knowledge Base article number, and processor type.
