FIX: The top of the call stack shows the mscorwks!WKS::gc_heap::mark_object_simple function after an exception occurs in a .NET Framework 2.0-based application

When you run a .NET Framework 2.0-based application, the Just-in-Time (JIT) implementation generates incorrect information in the Garbage Collector. Then, the application crashes or throws an unrelated exception. In the exception, the top of the call stack shows the following function:

• You can retrieve the information about the call stack by using the Windbg.exe tool.
• This problem only occurs on x64 platforms.
