Restart requirementYou do not have to restart the computer after you apply this service pack. Many services including the Enterprise Single Sign-On service, IIS Admin Service, Windows Management Instrumentation Service and the services that depend on them are restarted during the installation.

Known Issues1. After you have successfully applied this service pack, all the BizTalk Server 2006 R2 binaries that are updated by this service pack will be updated to version 3.6.2149.10. However, the version incorrectly displays as "3.6.1404.0."
Note To check the version number, select the Microsoft BizTalk Server 2006 R2 Service Pack 1 entry in the Add/Remove Programs item in Control Panel, and click Click here for support information. Or, select the entry in Programs and Features in Control Panel if the computer is running Windows Vista.
2. If you try to install BizTalk Server 2006 R2 Service Pack 1 on a computer that has Microsoft BizTalk Accelerator for RosettaNet 3.5 installed, the installation process may hang. To work around this issue, delete AcceleratorsInterop.dll from the following directory, and restart the installation:
