is incorrect. CAUSEThis problem occurs because
ASP.NET
1.1 does not recognize the browser
when the User-Agent string
contains more than 256 characters. When
ASP.NET 1.1 does
not recognize the browser,,
the content on the Web
site is
not rendered correctly. RESOLUTIONHotfix InformationA supported hotfix is available from Microsoft. However, this hotfix is intended to correct only the problem that is described in this article. Apply this hotfix only to systems that are experiencing the problem described in this article. This hotfix might receive additional testing.
