Microsoft ProClarity Service Pack 3 (SP3) is now available. ProClarity SP3 includes ProClarity Analytics Server 6.3 SP3 and ProClarity Professional 6.3 SP3. The build of this service pack is 6.3.222.144. This service pack includes all fixes that were released for the release version of ProClarity 6.3. The build of the release version of ProClarity 6.3 is 6.3.129.200. This article describes the download information, the files that are changed, and the issues that this service pack fixes.

ProClarity Analytics Server 6.3 SP3 does not include any fixes for ProClarity Dashboard Server 6.3. To obtain the latest updates for ProClarity Dashboard Server 6.3, install ProClarity Dashboard Server 6.3 Service Pack 2.
We recommend that you back up your existing ProClarity 6.3 components before you apply this service pack.
ProClarity Analytics Server 6.3 Service Pack 3 supports Windows Server 2008 and Windows Server 2008 R2. You can now deploy ProClarity Analytics Server 6.3 Service Pack 3 together with Microsoft Office Performance Point Server 2007 with Service Pack 3 on a server that is running Windows Server 2008 or Windows Server 2008 R2. However, specific configurations are required to deploy ProClarity Analytics Server 6.3 Service Pack 3 on a server that is running Windows Server 2008 or Windows Server 2008 R2.

You cannot update the user properties of multiple users in the Analytics Server Administration Tool.
Symptoms You select multiple users in the Analytics Server Administration Tool. When you right-click the selection, you notice that the Properties command and the Delete command are not available.
The Japanese version of ProClarity Web Standard displays two duplicate check boxes on the フィルタ tab.
Symptoms You install the Japanese version of ProClarity Analytics Server 6.3. In ProClarity Web Standard, two duplicate check boxes appear on the フィルタ tab. The name of the check box is 空の列を非表示. Note The English translation of "フィルタ" is "Filter." The English translation of "空の列を非表示" is "Hide empty columns."
You cannot export a view that contains many rows or columns to an Excel workbook in ProClarity Web Standard.
Symptoms You open a view that contains many rows or columns in ProClarity Web Standard. For example, the view contains 9000 rows. When you try to export the view to an Excel workbook, you receive the following error message:
Microsoft Office Excel Microsoft Office Excel cannot access file '<FileLocation>'. There are several possible reasons: The file name or path does not exist. The file is being used by another program. The workbook you are trying to save has the same name as a currently open workbook.
The Find Pages With section shows only the Any Value value for each search item in the Update Book Connection Information dialog box when the ProClarity version is 6.3.2217 or 6.3.2220.
Symptoms You install a ProClarity hotfix whose version is 6.3.2217 or 6.3.2220. In Analytics Server Administration Tool, you try to update the connection information for a briefing book. In the Update Book Connection Information dialog box, the search criteria in the Find Pages With section shows only the Any Value value for each search item.
Note The expected behavior is that the Find Pages With section also shows the existing values of the briefing book for each search item.
ProClarity Professional 6.3 issues
The Scaled to data option is now available when you specify the Automatic scaling option for line charts in ProClarity Professional.
More Information Before ProClarity Professional 6.3 Service Pack 3, the left axis was scaled from 0 when you specified the Automatic scaling option for line charts. You cannot change this behavior. In ProClarity Professional 6.3 Service Pack 3, a drop-down list is available when you specify the Automatic scaling option for line charts. The drop-down list contains the following options:
Scaled to zero This option enables the original behavior before ProClarity Professional 6.3 Service Pack 3.
Scaled to data This option enables the left axis to be scaled from a specific value.
You receive an error message when you click Personalizar orden de los miembros on the Herramientas menu in the Spanish version of ProClarity Desktop Professional.
Symptoms You install the Spanish version of ProClarity Desktop Professional. When you click Personalizar orden de los miembros on the Herramientas menu, you receive an error message.
Notes
The expected behavior is that the Personalizar orden de los miembros dialog box appears.
The English translation of "Herramientas" is "Tool." The English translation of "Personalizar orden de los miembros" is "Custom Order Members."
