A standard user cannot use ActiveX Installer Service to install an ActiveX control on a computer that is running Windows Vista

You try to deploy an ActiveX control on a network. In order to deploy the ActiveX control in a standard user environment, you enable the ActiveX Installer Service feature on client computers. However, you may be unable to install the ActiveX controls in a standard user environment on a computer that has User Account Control (UAC) enabled. Additionally, an event that resembles the following is logged in the Application log:This issue occurs when the ActiveX control is hosted on an HTTPS Web server that is configured to Accept client certificates or to Require client certificates.
