You cannot remove a printer that has the at sign (@) in its name from a computer that is running Windows 7

On a computer that is running Windows 7, you cannot remove a printer in Devices and Printers if the print name contains the at sign (@).

To work around this issue, start a typical Print dialog box, and then delete the printer in the Select Printer box.

To do this, follow these steps:

1. Start Notepad.
2. On the File menu, click Print.
3. In the Select Printer box, right-click the printer that you want to remove, and then click Delete.
