On a computer that is running Windows 7, you cannot remove a printer in Devices and Printers if the print name contains the at sign (@).
To work around this issue, start a typical Print
dialog box, and then delete the printer in the Select Printer
To do this, follow these steps:
- Start Notepad.
- On the File menu, click Print.
- In the Select Printer box, right-click the printer that you want to remove, and then click Delete.
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
