If the transfer operation speed is not very slow, you should consider applying this hotfix on the computer that has at least 4GB of RAM. CAUSEThis problem occurs because of an error in the 1394ohci.sys driver. RESOLUTIONHotfix informationA supported hotfix is now available from Microsoft. However, it is intended to correct only the problem that is described in this article. Apply it only to systems that are experiencing this specific problem. This hotfix may receive additional testing.
