When you try to drop an object in the Web page, Internet Explorer crashes. Additionally, you receive an error message that resembles the following:
Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. CAUSEThis issue occurs during a drag-and-drop operation because of an access violation that occurs in the Anchor element. RESOLUTIONHotfix informationA supported hotfix is now available from Microsoft. However, it is intended to correct only the problem that is described in this article. Apply it only to systems that are experiencing this specific problem. This hotfix may receive additional testing.
