; On This PageSYMPTOMSYou install Microsoft Office Communications Server (OCS) 2007 R2 on a Windows Server 2008 server. However, when you try to use an application that is based on OCS 2007 R2, Unified Communications Managed API 2.0 Core Redist 64-bit, the application crashes. CAUSEThis issue occurs when you use a Web URL instead of the Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) for a Centralized Conference Control Protocol conf-info element. In this scenario, the application creates an unhandled exception. This exception causes the application to crash. RESOLUTIONHow to obtain the hotfixThis issue is fixed in the Office Communications Server 2007 R2, Unified Communications Managed API 2.0 Core Redist 64-bit hotfix package that was released on October, 2009.
