SYMPTOMS

When you try to print a document during a service pack installation or a driver installation in Windows XP, Windows Vista, or Windows 7, the print job fails. Additionally, you receive the following error message:
error 61 (ERROR_PRINTQ_FULL)

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, restart the computer when the service pack installation or the driver installation is completed. Then, print the document.
