SYMPTOMSA database cannot be mounted after you create a new mailbox
database on a computer that is running Microsoft Exchange Server 2007. If you
troubleshoot the issue, you may notice that a database file is created
successfully at the specified location. However, the following error message is
generated in the Exchange log file: Failed to mount
database <DatabaseName>. Error: Exchange is
unable to mount the database that you specified. Specified database:
<Exchange1\Exchange1-SG2\DB-3>; Error code:
MapiExceptionNoAccess: Unable to mount database, (hr=0x80070005,
ec=-2147024891) Additionally, the following event is logged in the Application log: Event Type: Error

In this scenario, if you collect a TraceControl for the Store component, you receive the following output. CAUSEThis issue occurs because the Exchange Administrative group
is missing write permission for the msExchDatabaseCreated object. RESOLUTIONWrite permission for the msExchDatabaseCreated object is inherited from the Exchange Organization container. To
resolve this issue, run the following command to add the required permission at
the organization level. To do this, follow these steps:
