When you edit an e-mail message in Office Outlook Web Access in Exchange Server 2007, the font changes to the default Internet Explorer font

SYMPTOMS

In Microsoft Office Outlook Web Access in Exchange Server 2007, you press the ENTER key two times and then press the BACKSPACE key a single time. In this case, the font changes to the default font setting for Windows Internet Explorer.

CAUSE

In this scenario, the previous font information is deleted, and the font information is not applied to the new text. In this case, the default font setting in Internet Explorer is instead applied to the new text.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, download and install Update Rollup 2 for Exchange Server 2007 Service Pack 2.
