INTRODUCTION

The Open XML File Format Converter lets you convert Open XML files that were created in Microsoft Office 2008 for Mac or Microsoft 2007 Office for Windows so that you can open, edit, and save the files in earlier versions of Office for Mac. The Open XML converter can convert Microsoft Office Word documents, Microsoft Office Excel workbooks, and Microsoft Office PowerPoint presentations that are in the Open XML Format so that you can open and edit the files in Microsoft Office 2004 for Mac and Microsoft Office v. X for Mac. You can select to convert and open one file or convert many files.
