The meeting time of a meeting forward notification is incorrect on an Exchange Server 2007 server

SYMPTOMS

In a Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 environment, the meeting time of a meeting forward notification is based on the time zone of the server. However, the meeting forward notification shows that the time zone is the client’s time zone.

Note The meeting forward notification resembles the following:

Your meeting was forwarded

<The user who forwarded the meeting request> has forwarded your meeting request to additional recipients.

Meeting

<Subject of the meeting request>

Meeting Time

<The meeting time based on the time zone of Exchange Server 2007 server >

Recipients

<Recipients the meeting was forwarded to>

All times listed are in the following time zone: <the time zone of client>

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, install the following update rollup:
