SYMPTOMS

Consider the following scenario:
  • You have a computer that is running Microsoft Exchange Server 2010.
  • A meeting request organizer sends a meeting request that is sent to a room mailbox. This action occurs while the Exchange Server 2010 mailboxes and databases are being moved.
In this scenario, Microsoft Exchange Mailbox Assistant service does not process or respond to meeting requests that are sent to the room mailbox. Therefore, the organizer does not receive replies from the room mailbox. When this problem occurs, you do not know for sure whether the room is booked successfully.
