Exchange RPC Client Access service crashes in the Handler.dll that is located on an Exchange 2010 Client Access service server

SYMPTOMS

On a computer that is running Microsoft Exchange Server 2010, the Exchange RPC Client Access service crashes. When this situation occurs, you find the following error is logged in the Application log.

CAUSE

Exchange Server 2010 checks the codepage property of the message to determine the encoding that is used for non-Unicode properties of the recipient. If the codepage property has invalid values, the Exchange RPC Client Access service crashes. .

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, install the following update rollup:
