SYMPTOMS

You can successfully bulk edit closed opportunities or closed leads in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0. However, you expect that you cannot edit these records.

This problem is fixed in the latest cumulative update rollup for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0.
