To download a game update in Games Explorer, follow these steps:

Open the Games folder. To do this, click Start, click Search, type games in the Search box, and then press ENTER. In the list of results, click Games Explorer.
In Games Explorer, right-click the game title, and then click Check online for updates.
Install the game update after it downloads.

How to install the latest Games for Windows – LIVE client update

How to automatically update the Games for Windows – LIVE client software

You can enable the Games for Windows - LIVE client software to update itself automatically. To do this, follow these steps:
