The Microsoft Office Live Meeting 2007 Conferencing Add-in for Microsoft Office Outlook does not load in the Outlook toolbar. Therefore, you experience one or more of the following symptoms:
This problem occurs when a user profile or a user security identifier (SID) is changed or is corrupted, or when a user account is moved to a new domain. When this behavior occurs, the Live Meeting Conferencing Add-in value encrypts values that enable only the same logon credentials to decrypt the values that are encrypted by the Live Meeting Conferencing Add-in.
To fix this problem, apply the following update:

After you apply this update, the Live Meeting 2007 Conferencing Add-in for Outlook prompts you to resynchronize the Live Meeting 2007 account.
