SYMPTOMS

You browse a Web page in Windows Internet Explorer 8. The Web Page contains buttons that call the window.createPopup method to create cascading pop-up windows. When you click one of the buttons, the child pop-up windows are displayed behind their parent window instead of in front of their parent window. Therefore, you may not able to access the content of the child windows.

This issue occurs if Internet Explorer Window Restrictions are enabled for the security zone of the page.
