The service calendar does not show service activities or regular appointments that begin before the display interval

SYMPTOMS

In the Service Activity view of the service calendar in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0, service activities are not displayed if their scheduled start time is before the start date of the display interval. This problem occurs even though the service activity ends in the range of the display interval.

This problem also occurs for regular appointments in the Appointment and Service Activity view.

RESOLUTION

This problem is fixed in the latest cumulative update rollup for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0. For more information, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:
