SYMPTOMSOn a computer that is running Terminal Services, you try to use a push operation to install Microsoft System Center Operations Manager 2007 Agent. However, the operation times out. Therefore, the System Center Operations Manager 2007 Agent is not installed successfully. You may receive an error message that resembles the following: The MOM Server could not execute WMI Query "Select * from Win32_Environment where NAME='PROCESSOR_ARCHITECTURE'" on computer "computername".
Operation: Agent Install Error Code: 80004005 Error Description: Unspecified error CAUSEThis problem occurs when the information in the WMI Win32_Environment class on the computer that is running Terminal Services cannot be read before the time-out occurs. WORKAROUNDTo work around this issue, you must install the System Center Operations Manager 2007 Agent manually.
