SYMPTOMSOn a computer that is running Windows XP Service Pack 2
(SP2) or Windows

wireless connection. However, the wireless connection is reported incorrectly in
the Quality of Experience (QoE) report as
a wired connection. CAUSEThis issue occurs because neither
Windows XP SP2 nor Windows XP SP3 supports the IF_TYPE_IEEE80211
wireless network interface type. For more information about IF_TYPE_IEEE80211, visit the following Microsoft Web site: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa366058(VS.85).aspx
