Send listening MOS and receive listening MOS are low for Communicator 2007 R2 calls

SYMPTOMS

In the Quality of Experience (QoE) report, the send listening Mean Opinion Score (MOS) and the receive listening MOS are very low (<2.0). These scores remain low even though the sound quality of the Microsoft Office Communicator 2007 R2 call is good.

RESOLUTION

To fix this problem, apply the following update:
