SYMPTOMS

You use Microsoft Office Communicator 2007 R2 together with a third-party implementation of Interactive Connectivity Establishment (ICE) Extensions 2.0 (MS-ICE 2.0). However, connectivity checks fail.

CAUSE

This issue is caused by an incorrect fingerprint in the implementation of MS-ICE 2.0 on a computer that is running Office Communicator 2007 R2.

To resolve this issue, apply the following update:
