FIX: The -R parameter is ignored when you use the BCP.exe utility together with the -R parameter and the -F parameter in SQL Server 2005 or in SQL Server 2008Article ID: 978851 - View products that this article applies to. Microsoft distributes Microsoft SQL Server 2005 fixes as one downloadable file. Because the fixes are cumulative, each new release contains all the hotfixes and all the security fixes that were included with the previous SQL Server 2005 fix release. However, the -R parameter may be ignored.
For example, you specify a date format in the regional settings of the operating system in which SQL Server 2005 or SQL Server 2008 is running. Then, you run the BCP.exe utility together with the -R parameter and the -F parameter.
