SYMPTOMSAssume that you have a computer that is running the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 client for Microsoft Office Outlook in "offline" status. When you try run a report, you receive the following error message: Error: An error has occurred.
RESOLUTIONThis problem is fixed in the latest cumulative update rollup for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0.
