SYMPTOMS

Assume that you have a computer that is running the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 client for Microsoft Office Outlook in "offline" status. When you try run a report, you receive the following error message:
Error: An error has occurred.
This problem occurs if the following conditions are true:
  • In the user settings for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0, you specify a format setting that is not "English (United States)."
  • The report is a parent report of a report. Additionally, the date parameter of the parent report is used in the child report.
  • The value that you specify for the date parameter of the report is a day after the twelfth of a month.

RESOLUTION
