SYMPTOMS

Consider the following scenario:
  • You update a Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 organization database more than four billion times. For example, you add a record to the database or you change a record in the database.
  • You go offline in Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Microsoft Office Outlook with Offline Access.
In this scenario, the updated records are not synchronized to an offline database.

RESOLUTION

This problem is fixed in the latest cumulative update rollup for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0. For more information, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:
