FIX: TI Manager displays only the virtual directories that exist in the default Web site in IIS Manager in a Host Integration Server 2009 environment

SYMPTOMS

Consider the following scenario in a Host Integration Server 2009 environment:
  • You use the New Object Wizard in Transaction Integrator (TI) Manager to create a .NET Framework application.
  • You host the .NET Framework application as an ASP.NET worker process.
In this scenario, only the virtual directories that exist in the default Web site Virtual directories drop-down list in IIS Manager are visible.

RESOLUTION

Hotfix information

A supported hotfix is available from Microsoft. However, this hotfix is intended to correct only the problem that is described in this article. Apply this hotfix only to systems that are experiencing the problem described in this article. This hotfix might receive additional testing.
