Dari text is unexpectedly displayed by using left to right text-direction in Windows SharePoint services 3.0.

Note The Dari language is typically displayed by using right to left text-direction.

RESOLUTION

To fix this problem, apply the following updates:
  • 977731 Description of the Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 hotfix package (Sts-x-none.msp, Wssmui-en-us.msp): February 23, 2010
  • 980207 Description of the Office SharePoint Designer 2007 Cumulative Update server hotfix package (Fpsrvutl-x-none.msp): February 23, 2010
  • 978389 Description of the Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 Cumulative Update server hotfix package (Sts-x-none.msp): February 23, 2010
