FIX: You cannot create a report in Forefront TMG 2010 after you publish an SMTP server
Article ID: 980309 - View products that this article applies to.
Consider the following scenario:
This issue occurs because Forefront TMG logs incorrect values for the bytesSent attribute and the bytesRecv attribute after 15 minutes. This behavior occurs when Forefront TMG logs periodic records for a long active session. This behavior causes TMG to be unable to create reports after a long active session.
Note After any server publishing rule publishes a SMTP server, and after a session to the server is active more than 15 minutes, this issue occurs.
