SYMPTOMS

Consider the following scenario:
  • You try to access a Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 site by clicking View My Site in Microsoft Office Outlook.
  • This site belongs to a user who has an apostrophe in their e-mail address.
In this scenario, you receive the following error message:
User not found.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, apply the following hotfix package:
