You have a computer that has Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 Release Candidate installed. You write source code in the Text Editor of Visual Studio 2010 Release Candidate. If you have the IntelliSense feature enabled, Visual Studio 2010 may crash when the IntelliSense window appears or is dismissed.
Note This issue occurs when another application or a device is actively using the UI Automation framework. For example, this issue may occur when you run an application that uses the Screen Reader, Tablet, or Multi-touch functionality.
Hotfix informationA supported hotfix is available from Microsoft. However, this hotfix is intended to correct only the problem that is described in this article. Apply this hotfix only to systems that are experiencing this specific problem. This hotfix might receive additional testing.
