The Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007 R2, Outside Voice Control service crashes if Unified Communications Application Services triggers the following event:

Description:
The application threw an exception when handling a settings event.
The application Microsoft.Rtc.Applications.Ccs was stopped because it threw the following exception while handling an event of type MSFT_SIPPoolSetting: System.ArgumentNullException: Value cannot be null. Parameter name: array at System.Array.ConvertAll[TInput,TOutput](TInput[] array, Converter`2 converter) at Microsoft.Rtc.Internal.CallControlServer.Core.Settings.TopologyConfigurationSection_ConfigurationChanged(Object sender, ConfigurationChangedEventArgs e) at Microsoft.Rtc.Hosting.ConfigurationSection.TriggerConfigurationChanged(ConfigurationChangedEventArgs e).
Cause: Unhandled exception.
Resolution:
Check the events prior to this to resolve the unhandled exception.

To resolve this problem, install the following update rollup:

After you apply this update, a check is added to check the pool list against Null values before the pool list is consumed.
