SYMPTOMSYou add custom commands to Microsoft Office Communicator
2007 R2 menus by changing registry values. However, Office Communicator 2007 R2
cannot pass the contact-id parameter to the applications that you
specify. CAUSEThis problem occurs because the contact-id parameter is not
