"Search failed" error message when you try to search the local help documents in Visual Studio Tools for Applications that is integrated in InfoPath Designer 2010

SYMPTOMS

You try to search the local help documents in an instance of Microsoft Visual Studio Tools for Applications that is integrated in Microsoft InfoPath Designer 2010. In this situation, you receive an error message that resembles the following in the Local Help tab:
Search failed
Class not registered (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80040154 (REGDB_E_CLASSNOTREG))

WORKAROUND

To work around this problem, download and then install the InfoPath 2010 Developer Reference for Managed Code Form Templates.
