When you try to upgrade a Spanish version of Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 Service Pack 2 (SP2) with Exchange 2007 SP2 Rollup 1 or with Exchange 2007 SP2 Rollup 2, the rollup Setup program stops responding and you may receive the following Windows Installer error message:
The upgrade patch cannot be installed by the Windows installer service because the program to be upgraded may be missing, or the upgrade patch may update a different version of the program. Verify the the program to be upgraded exists on your computer and that you have the correct upgrade patch.
To resolve this problem, install Update Rollup 4 for Exchange 2007.
