Office Outlook does not automatically resolve the contact name when you schedule a meeting in Office Communicator 2007

SYMPTOMS

In Microsoft Office Communicator 2007, you right-click a contact and then you select Schedule a Meeting. However, Office Outlook does not automatically resolve the contact name in the invitation email message. Additionally, the presence status of the contact does not show automatically in the invitation email message.

CAUSE

This problem occurs because Office Communicator 2007 only sends the display name of the contact, instead of the SMTP address of the contact.

RESOLUTION

To fix this problem, apply the following update package:
