SYMPTOMS

When you try to sync Windows Mobile Device Center with Microsoft OneNote 2010, OneNote 2010 is not in the list of items to sync.

CAUSE

This issue occurs because Windows Mobile Device Center cannot sync with the Click-to-Run installation of OneNote 2010. Windows Mobile Device Center syncs correctly with OneNote 2010 that is installed by a method other than Click-to-Run.
