SYMPTOMSYou run the Export-ActiveSyncLog cmdlet in Exchange Management Shell on a Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 server. This cmdlet parses the Internet Information Services (IIS) logs and then returns information about Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync usage. The return information includes "Items Sent" and "Items Received" for users. The values of "Items Sent" and "Items Received" should include emails, calendar, contacts and tasks. However, you find the following two issues:
CAUSEThis issue occurs because the calculation method of Exchange Server 2007 is incorrect. RESOLUTIONTo resolve this issue, install the following update rollup:
