INTRODUCTION

Issues that this hotfix package fixes

Consider the following scenario. You accept an update in a project that contains a started task. The task has a Finish No Earlier Than constraint, and at least one non-started assignment with delay. In this scenario, the task start date is moved to an earlier date after the update is approved.
When a resource imports a timesheet where the actuals are deleted for a task in corresponding timesheet, the actual work value of "0h" is not imported is there is no planned work on the day.
You submit updates to increase the remaining work of an assignment of a completed fixed duration task. This causes assignment delay to be added, and the task start date to be moved.
You set Project Web Access (PWA) site regional setting to a value such as Portuguese. When you edit cost values in a proposal project or an activity project, the value may be multiplied by 100 or may be unable to be saved. For example, the value that is entered as 10.536.77 may change to 1.053.677,00 upon save.
After you install the hotfix package that is described in Microsoft Knowledge Base article 977028, you receive the following error message when you click Self-assign Team Tasks:
An unexpected error has occurred.
When you enter actual work for a task, moving the start date of the task changes the actual start date for the assignment and causes the actual work on the task to move also.
When you try to expand a sub project from a master project through the Project Center view, the data is not loaded. Additionally, you receive the following misleading error message:
Project Center cannot access the project you are trying to expand. It is most likely that you either don't have permissions to view the project, another user has deleted this project before you were able to view it or that another user is in the process of publishing the project.
Rejected updates are constantly re-submitted by users who have not corrected the updates.
When you save a proposal, you receive the following error message even after you enter all the required fields:
Specify values for all required custom fields
Custom field changes are not imported when you import a timesheet.

A recently discovered issue affecting Project plans that contain baselines was fixed and included in the Project Server 2007 February 2011 cumulative update package. This issue was traced back to have originated in the Project Server 2007 April 2010 cumulative update package. As our cumulative updates are incremental, this issue also affected the June, August, October, and December server updates.
