  • 2232054 Changes you made to the “Personal information manager” options in Office Communicator 2007 R2 are lost after you change the “Change background Color when the writer changes” option in Office Communicator Web Access 2007 R2
  • 2251441 You receive a “Do you want to run this software?” dialog box several times when you install Office Communicator Web Access Plug-in on a computer that is running Windows 7
  • 2253603 Call forwarding does not work if you configure the call forwarding setting from Office Communicator Web Access 2007 R2

Update package installation information

To install this update package, install the OCS2007-KB983469-amd64-CWA.msp package on computers that are running Communicator Web Access 2007 R2.

Note When you apply this update on servers that are running Windows Server 2008 and have the User Account Control (UAC) enabled, make sure that you start the installation of the update (.msp) by using the elevated Command Prompt. To do this, follow these steps:
  1. Click Start, click All Programs, click Accessories, and then right-click Command Prompt.
  2. Click Run as administrator. If you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
  3. Start the update (.msp).

Removal information

To remove this update package, use the Add or Remove Programs feature in Control Panel.
