FIX: "The encoding process was unable to keep up with the amount of supplied data" error message when you are encoding from a broadcast source by using Windows Media Encoder 9 Series

SYMPTOMS

When you are encoding from a broadcast source, a profile that includes a script stream may stop occasionally. When this problem occurs, you receive the following error message:

0xC00D0BCC -- The encoding process was unable to keep up with the amount of supplied data

CAUSE

This error occurs because the script stream does not provide a sample at a regular interval. Therefore, the audio stream and the video stream may queue up data and may throw this error.
