CAUSE
This issue occurs because the mapped network drive is not valid from the context of the account that is used to install the program. For example, the issue can occur in the following scenario:
WORKAROUND
To work around this issue, copy the installation folder from the mapped network drive to a local folder on the computer, and then start the installation.
