This article helps you work around this problem. CauseThe issue occurs if the following conditions are true:
WorkaroundTo work around this behavior, you can log on to the print server locally to add or to remove the drivers. Or, you can change the registry on the Windows Vista-based print server so that full credentials are passed between the client computer and the print server. To have us change the registry for you, go to the "Fix it for me" section. If you would rather change the registry yourself, go to the "Let me fix it myself" section. Fix it for meTo work around this problem automatically, click the Fix this problem link, click Run in the File Download dialog box, and then follow the steps in the wizard.Note this wizard may be in English only; however, the automatic fix also works for other language versions of Windows.
